Transport to the Haybarn
We have limited car parking available on site and encourage car sharing, or bus transportation.
Bus routes: There is only one bus going through the village from Shrewsbury, this is the 540 route,
operating one only per day on certain week days.
By train: The nearest train station is 4 miles away in Church Stretton.
Taxis: We strongly recommend pre-booking your taxis early and in advance as there are limited
taxis in the area and taxis can be several hours wait without pre-booking. A taxi service could be
hired for an hour or so at the end of your party night to offer a shuttle service for various staying
guests to their BnB or hotels.

Access to our venue by bus – Good to know
Our driveway and parking area is only suitable for small minibuses, and NOT suitable for coaches and large buses (3.5T limit) . There is a designated bus stop and suitable parking area in the village.
Buses can also drop your guests off at the bottom of the lane by the camping field which is a single tack B road. Alternatively buses or coaches can stop at bottom of the main entrance driveway off the main road. Guests will have to walk about 170 meters from the barn or camping field to the main road.
