A unique and beautiful DIY wedding venue for those who do not want the typical hotel conveyor belt experience.

An exclusive use wedding venue

At The Haybarn you will have complete exclusivity of use the entire site. No other wedding or event will take place on the same day.
Hotels venues tend to have other guests staying at the hotel, often have a Gym or spa attracting other people. 

We are not a conveyor belt style wedding venue with one wedding after another back to back. 
We can’t wait to hear from you and to show you around and discuss your plans.


Personal experience

At the Haybarn, we limit the number of weddings per year, thus giving you the best personal experience possible, with only 5~7 outdoor festival weekend weddings in a year (1st May ~ Mid Sept). Our Barn does not operate during winter months (Nov to Mid March). 

We get to know each couple, some of which have even kept in touch with us. We love how every wedding at the Haybarn is totally different to the next.  We would love to hear your plans and what you have in mind. 

Our wedding coordinator will be at hand to help and guide through the process and throughout the big day.

Customise your festival outdoor wedding

This is very much a venue for those who are not afraid of expressing their style and doing it their way. Totally D.I.Y ! . Customise every aspect of your big day, and let your creative side flow.

You can hire our venue for a weekend long Festival wedding with a marquee, tipi, or stretch tent. and also use our barn too since the Barn will be included.

Choose your tipi / marquee  supplier and to suit your style, and budget. (We have good recommendations too)

A rustic Barn wedding

If the outdoor festival wedding is not totally your thing, then our wedding Barn will offer you the perfect alternative for either a quick elopement micro weekday wedding, or a Satrurday wedding.
in the Barn. What’s more you can still also add a tipi on the field if you want too.

There are many possibilities and options. Our venue is all about providing the perfect place for relaxed, enjoy, have a lot of fun in what should be your most memorable party of your life. Enjoy a more informal, somewhat less traditional way, that you create yourself.

No corkage fees

We have no charges for any wine bottles you bring and open  on site.
You can come to an arrangement with our bar if you prefer to supply your own wine,
and with no corkage charges whatsoever. 

Our bar will also offer you wine tasting opportunities when you book.
Whatever wine you chose, you will not be paying the hotel & restaurant prices !  We have an excellent bar service provided by “The Bar 65”.

Do check and discuss with our bar if you or your guests bringing their own drinks.

Accommodation available

We offer a range of quirky accommodation on site for your guests such as
Glamping Pods, Bell Tents and “Bring your own” tent pitches.

Depending on your booking this is either included in the price or optional.


Holiday cottage for the happy couple

We have a beautiful and comfortable Bridal Cottage available exclusively for the happy couple.

The cottage is next to the barn and wedding field. It is a fantastic place for the couple to relax, and make last minute preparations on site with Wifi access. 

With Weddings, the Bridal Cottage is included in the price.
