We do not take any bookings or reservations ourselves.

Only guests that are invited and pre-booked by the Hirer / Happy couple are permitted to stay overnight.
Please park your car on the gravel barn car park or grass overflow car park (weather depending).
Cars are not permitted on the wedding / camping field, near the camping section so that the bride & groom do not have cars in the background of their photos and to keep the grounds in good shape.
We have a wheel barrow available by request to assist you with moving your luggage or tents to your glamping /camping area.
A disabled access ramp is available for access to the barn. Please note that our car park is gravel.
The venue shuts at 12:00pm (midnight) during week ends, and 11:00pm for week day weddings.
Last drinks are 11:30pm.
All gates and parking areas will be locked at Midnight. Non staying guests are required to leave by midnight.
Gates will not re-open until 8:00 am the next morning.
Glamping and Camping guests can begin arriving no earlier than 3pm on the Friday.
Midday on the Saturday to allow the couple time to organise other matters.
Guest Checkout is 10:30am on Sunday.
It is not possible to check out later, or check in earlier. Your understanding is greatly appreciated.

We do not include Breakfast in any of guest accommodation, we are a D.I.Y venue.
Yes,
Guests staying in the Pods, Bell Tents or camping have access to the onsite camping shower block.
There is also a sink for washing up.
We do not have any cot beds for the Glamping Accommodation.
High Chairs are available for use inside the barn.

Strictly NO pets anywhere on site or in any of our accommodations.
Dogs / Pets cannot stay in owners cars, please arrange for a local pet sitter.
Guide dogs with registered paperwork are the exception during the ceremony or party.

Each accommodation type has a maximum guest capacity which is described in the accommodation page.
Please do not exceed the maximum occupancy. The accommodation is not suitable for having a party, please do
not invite non-resident guests back to your accommodation or into any of the overnight guest areas.

Taxis are scarce in our rural location and should be booked well ahead.
If you are delivering wedding props or are planning a surprise gift for the couple
please discuss and arrange with us in advance as gates may be locked.
Caravans, Campervans or Motorhomes are not permitted at any wedding.
With other events such as corporate hire, or events other than a wedding,
access to campervans may be permitted. This depends on the booking and event
we have agreed with the hirer.
Large Motorhomes or Twin Axle Motorhomes and Caravans of any size are NOT permitted with any event.
We are a Zero alcohol venue.
Our wedding couples have booked us for this reason, so please respect our couple’s wishes and our policy.
Alcohol will not be permitted onto our premises
So please don’t spoil it for our couple by trying !
NO HIP FLASKS, BOTTLES OR CANS. They will be confiscated.
The bar will not serve any drinks after 11:30.
