Guest Accommodation
When you book our venue and depending on the type of event we also offer an additional Accommodation packages.
With our weddings some accommodation is included (see the STAY page for details)
Accommodation included with our weekend long Pagan Weddings:
– 2 Glamping timber pods,
– 2 Bell tents with a double thick luxury Air Bed bed in each
(more tents can be added if needed for more guests or more space)
– Bridal cottage for the happy couple,
– 4 “bring your own” tent pitches for up to 8 guests.
For other events / Retreats bell tents may be furnished with single 3ft Japanese Futon Beds
When & how do I pay for accommodation
INFO FOR THE HIRER
If you are the Hirer / Event organiser and if your booking includes accommodation this will already be included in your price. If you opt for extra nights, or more accommodation please give us a
few weeks notice and we will add this to your total hire costs. Extras can be paid for closer to your event once we know your final guest numbers and requirements.
Where accommodation is NOT included in the venue the price, please contact us for details and options.
GUEST INFO FOR WEDDINGS:
Guests cannot book wedding accommodation directly with us, our couples will be
allocating the accommodation for each guest .
Tent pitches
Some bookings will include up to 4 tent pitches (8 guests) in the site hire price.
Depending on the booking or total number of overnight guests, we may be able to add more tent pitches. (Speak to us about this).
We are flexible, but limited in overnight guest numbers due to insurance, and space.
