When you hire our venue you have complete freedom of choice of food and drink for your guests.
We have no set menus, no contracts with any caterers, nor do we insist on what branded drinks you have ! You source your own caterers and book them directly so you only pay the caterer’s price and not the venue’s mark up and select exactly what you wish to eat.

Unlike hotel venues and other barn wedding venues who impose their rather limited menu options at
highly marked up prices, at the Haybarn we believe that you should have the freedom to customise your catering
in every aspect at a budget that is right for you by sourcing direct.
Suggestions
Most all of our couples opt for informal meals or street food. If your preference is more formal with a full service, this is also available. The choice is yours.

Vegan, Vegetarian etc.. How abut some street food? with their gorgeous Air Stream Style Trailer. Pizzas, Hog roasts, BBQs and much more… If you prefer a formal sit down meal with service, it is all possible!

Be sure that whoever you opt for in the end offers a quality service and are fully equipped
for mobile catering. and has good food hygiene ratings and reputation.

Our In House Professional bar
Our new bar service is provided for you by “The Conscious Bar”.
The bar offers a high quality professional bar service, and at normal Pub prices or less! (not wedding prices) – And with no alcohol on site the bar’s alcohol free alternative options are fantastic.
There is no minimum charge for the bar if you have at least 40 guest.
Keith who runs the Conscious Bar is very involved with the Sober movement, and knowledgeable on the subject and has the perfect recommendations for your Alcohol free alternatives such as Mocktails, Gins, Herbal Elixirs, Wines, Whiskeys and more!
You chance to try some fascinating drinks you might have never had before.
This is alcohol-free wedding venue, and with no booze, no one to turn grumpy, and no guest will forget your wedding with a headache the next day.
