At the Haybarn our wedding venue is like no other. The Haybarn is a fantastic location for you to host your pagan or handfasting ceremony or Celtic traditional wedding. When you hire our venue you will have plenty of time to set up, relax and enjoy !
With limited availability (5 weddings only each year !) be sure to talk to us about your plans to avoid disappointment. (Our wedding season is from 1st May to the end of September)
We offer fantastic value for money and include everything such as the Barn, grounds, bridal cottage, additional glamping + camping accommodation for your guests, our private gardens gardens are available for your photos, all ten acres of grounds, our woodland, riverside, old ash tree altar and ceremony space, wedding gazebo for humanist ceremonies or handfasting and much more.. You can also add a tipi, marquee, stretch tent, or giant Yurt. We are at hand to advise the best solution for you and have many supplier contacts to help you along the way.
We have a no Alcohol policy. Our Bar will offer plenty of delicious alternatives to alcoholic drinks. Your Family and friends will be here for your special day and have an amazing experience, rather than just turning up to drink! – Creating a great mood, energy and atmosphere without the booze!
A stunning ancient part of England
We are situated in the heart of the Shropshire hills, a designated Area Of Natural Outstanding Beauty. 25 minutes From Shrewsbury, and Telford.
Enjoy beautiful views all around of the local rolling hills for miles around, and plenty of open countryside.
The venue is enclosed, private, and bordered by a lovely river lined with trees. The backdrop of the Shropshire hills will delight your guests and inspire your wedding photographer.
Be creative & Enjoy the space
Chill out, enjoy the beauty that nature is offering us at the Haybarn, use our giant fire pit, or jump over the fire by the brook. We also have lawn games, you can hire vintage fun fair rides, etc.. The possibilities are endless. You will have plenty of time to decorate, and cherish every moment without rushing or stressing.
This is an experience you simply cannot get with a hotel or function room or regular wedding venues.
Glamping & Camping
With wedding bookings we include Glamping & Camping accommodation for your friends and family, not forgetting the Bridal cottage too !
Showers and toilets, and a fire pit for camping guests, two comfortable glamping Pods and two Bell tents for those who like a bit more comfort.

Our Rustic Barn
The Barn is included in the price with wedding bookings.
Capacity of the Barn is up to 100 seated guests.
Dining tables & Chairs + outdoor seating, and a built in Sound System are also included in the price.
The Barn is a fantastic space for entertaining, wedding breakfast or a ceremony.
