Depending on the nature of your booking or length of stay, our stone built farm cottage may be optionally available to book or included in the booking.
Glamping Pods - Glamping
Two timber glamping pods are available exclusively for your guests.
Our luxury pods offer a fantastic accommodation in a separate secluded section of the wedding field.
Bell Tents - Glamping
New for 2020, we will have a number of beautifuly decorated & comfortable Bell Tents which will be erected for your event.
Available as part of the accommodation package option, or depending on the event the bell tents can be hired and erected individually.
With Pods, bell tents and a guest room there is an excellent variety of different types of accommodation available for your event !
Please note: Bell tents are made of thick canvas, and cannot be used all year round.
Availability is ONLY from the 1st May ~ 15th Sept. They are taken down & stored between each event.
Private En-Suite guest bedroom
We have one room available for your guests. This private en-suite bedroom is available for two of your your guests with their private entrance.
The room is immediately next to the Bridal Cottage & offers a great option for on site accommodation for the Parents, or Important guests of the wedding.
If you are having an outdoor festival wedding you will almost certainly wish to have camping guests. Our “camping village” is a separate area to the main wedding field and is Exclusive to your event. (NOT opened to the public). Guests wishing to camp for the night can pitch and enjoy the site facilities such as showers , toilets, drinking water, and a washing up area. In total we can accommodate up to 8 additional tents pitches maximum, or 30 campers (including guests staying in our bell tent).
This area can also be booked as an option even if you do not opt for the full accommodation package.
With our Accommodation Package Option we include 4 tent pitches in the price for the Friday night (maximum possible on the Friday night), and 8 pitches for the Saturday party night.
In addition to bell tents.
The “glamping village “ creates a communal area where your friends & family can be together enjoying the special occasion. The area is hedged and enclosed so that young children are safe.
What is included with the rental price when we book the Haybarn as a venue for weddings or corporate hire?
For week end weddings we include in the price the bridal cottage plus up to 8x tent pitches for total 16
“bring your own” camping guests (assuming 2 guests per tent) . A few more tents and campers can be added at a small extra charge (see prices)
If you are bookingour site for an event but are not wanting our full glamping accommodation option (no pods / no bell tents)
then you can also camp on site by bringing your own tents. This option is £150 for 1 night, £200 for 2 nights up to 8 tents / 20 people
Camping or Glamping guest accommodation package is not available nor included with weekday weddings, intimate or elopement weddings.
Accommodation may not be offered or available for daytime private bookings, corporate bookings, photo shoots etc..
Glamping accommodation is available to guests who have booked our venue for a week end event, and can be added as an option

How to book
Yurts, Pods & Guest room are available to book by adding the Accommodaiton option to your site booking.
In addition there are many bed and breakfasts, and hotels in the area.
WHEN TO BOOK:
If you have already booked the Haybarn for a week end event and wish to offer your guests all of the accommodation,
we can add this option to your existing booking. Please contact us and we can arrange this for you and add the costs onto your account.

What is the accommodation available ?
- Cottage will sleep 2 in total, (+ 1 child in an optional cot)
- Luxury Pod will sleep 2 adults (double bed) + 2 children (mats on the floor)
- Family Pod will sleep up to 4 adults (mats) (note from 2020 there will be two single beds to sleep 2)
- Bell tents will sleep 4 adults in each + 6 adults in the Jumbo tent
- Private guest bedroom will sleep 2 (2 single beds),
- Camping up to 16 people with “bring your own” tents
Combined guest accommodation onsite for max 48 people (including 16 Bring your own tents)
To add more tent pitches if required, or small campervans please discuss this with us.
Large motor-homes, and caravans not permitted.
